This 12-week course is a powerful invitation to finally break free from cycles of overeating, guilt, and self-criticism. It’s not a diet or a quick fix—it’s a healing journey rooted in self-love, emotional awareness, and personal empowerment. Each week, we gently explore the emotional and psychological roots of overeating. You’ll learn how to identify your triggers, shift limiting beliefs, and create nourishing habits that support long-term change. Together, we’ll let go of shame and control, and build a kinder, more connected relationship with food and your body. Through weekly group coaching sessions, guided self-reflection, and compassionate tools, you’ll begin to feel safer in your body and more at peace with yourself. This is your chance to move from self-sabotage to self-trust.
